2012 will be a critical electoral year for Montana and with it; the new year brings a number of challenges for the choice community – unseating anti-choice incumbents, electing pro-choice leaders, and opposing two anti-choice ballot measures.

NARAL Pro-Choice Montana, the state's political leader, is mobilizing Montana's pro-choice majority to ensure that women and doctors', not politicians, are in charge of making private medical decisions.

Who Decides? Book Dedication Ceremony
Thursday, January 26 at 1:00pm

In 2011, anti-choice legislators nation-wide launched a War on Women. States enacted 69 anti-choice measures, the second highest in recorded history. If it wasn't forGovernor Schweitzer, whowas uncompromisingwhen it came to women's constitutional right to privacy and vetoed 4 anti-choice bills here in Montana, the record would have been broken. NARAL Pro-Choice America is dedicating the 2012 edition of “Who Decides? The Status of Reproductive Rights in the United States” to Governor Schweitzer.
